Domestic (UK) Shipping
- Courier Partner: Royal Mail. All orders are insured for their full value.
- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all UK orders over £100.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under £100 will incur a shipping charge of £3.99.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, Standard UK orders are typically delivered within 2 working days.
International Shipping
- Courier Partner: We utilise Royal Mail for international deliveries.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Insurance: All international orders are insured against loss and damage during transit.
- Customs & Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes applicable in their country.
- Tracking: Tracking codes and confirmation emails are provided upon shipment.

We hope you are delighted with your Jehucal purchase. If not, we offer a straightforward returns process to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Return Process
- Access the Returns Portal: Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address associated with the purchase.
- Select Return Option: Choose whether you wish to return for a refund, exchange for another item, or receive store credit.
- Return Label: Upon completing the return process, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you within 5 working days.
- Prepare Your Return: Print and securely attach the return label to your package, covering any previous labels.
- Ship the Item: Drop off the package at your local post office. You can find your nearest location here.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 working days for processing. During peak periods, processing times may be longer.
Refunds
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
- Procedure: To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once received, we will process your exchange promptly.
- Shipping for Exchanges: For international exchanges, the cost of returning the original item is the customer’s responsibility. However, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item.
Store Credit
- Instant Use: Opting for store credit allows you to use the amount immediately on our website, without waiting for a refund.
- Non-Transferable: Store credit is valid only for purchases on our website and cannot be exchanged for cash.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are eligible only for exchanges or store credit.
- Bespoke or Hand-Finished Items: Items that are custom-made or hand-finished are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Hygiene Products: For health and hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments are non-returnable.
📌 Important Notes
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Undelivered Items: If an order is returned to us due to non-acceptance or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If the customer chooses to not have the item re-shipped, they'll be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
- Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply upon arrival in their country.
