All orders are dispatched from our London studio with Royal Mail, tracked and insured. Orders are processed within 3 working days. Prices below are in GBP; you will see the equivalent in your local currency at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and can be longer during peak periods and sale events.

The maximum parcel weight is 20kg. For larger orders, please contact us and we will arrange delivery.

Duties and taxes

For the United States (including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands), the European Union and the rest of Europe (except Türkiye), import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, and we settle them with Royal Mail on your behalf, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. For all other international destinations, any import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return and exchange deadlines

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. Once your request is approved, please send your items back within 14 days. Returns sent after this can only be refunded as store credit or exchanged, not refunded to your original payment method.

International returns and exchanges

There is no exchange fee for customers in the UK, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. Everywhere else, every exchange is a brand-new international shipment, and your replacement is treated as a new import by customs, so import duties, taxes and handling fees are charged on it again. To keep things simple, we charge one flat, all-in exchange fee per exchange request:

Return labels: for all returns and exchanges, wherever you are, the cost of your prepaid return label is deducted from your refund, or added to your exchange charge. If your original order included Shipping Protection, your return label is free.

Why is there a fee? A large part of the EU and US fee is the import duty and tax that customs charge us again when we send your replacement. We have bundled these into one upfront price so you are never surprised at your door. The fee applies even if your original order qualified for free shipping.

The fee is shown and paid when you register your exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. Your replacement is dispatched once your return has arrived and passed inspection. If you would prefer not to pay it, you can choose a refund or store credit instead.
