Captain Protection (Optional):
Captain Protection is an optional add-on at checkout that protects your order against loss or damage in transit. For UK customers, it also waives our standard return fee should you request a refund.

đ RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We want you to feel confident purchasing from Jehucal. Here's how returns and cancellations work.
Your Right to Cancel
If you change your mind, UK law gives you the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This applies no matter how you paid and whether or not a discount code was used.
Notification Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to tell us you want to cancel. A clear email to contact@jehucal.com or message through our returns portal is enough.
Return Window: Once you've told us, you then have a further 14 calendar days to send the item back to us.
Trying Items On: You're welcome to try an item on as you would in a shop. If it comes back showing signs of wear beyond that, we'll deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the reduced value rather than refusing the refund outright. Items returned washed, altered, or damaged may be rejected. See Damaged, Worn or Invalid Returns below.
What You'll Receive: A full refund of the item price and your original standard delivery charge, less the return fee outlined under Refunds below.
Outside this window, we don't accept returns for a cash refund. Sale and discount-code items follow a separate policy at all times. See Non-Returnable Items below.
Return Process
Returns Portal: Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email
Choose an Option: Refund (if eligible), exchange, or store credit
Return Label: A prepaid Royal Mail return label will be issued within 1â2 working days
Packaging: Securely attach the label and cover any previous shipping labels
Drop Off: Leave your parcel at your local post office
đł REFUNDS
Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we've inspected the returned item.
Return Fee: A return fee, covering the cost of your prepaid return label plus ÂŁ3.50, is deducted from your refund. This applies to all returns, including cancellations made within your statutory 14-day window.
Captain Protection: UK customers who selected Captain Protection at checkout are not charged this return fee.
Original Shipping Fees: If you cancel within your statutory 14-day window, we refund the standard delivery charge you paid in full, in line with Regulation 34 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you chose a premium or expedited delivery option, we refund the cost of our standard delivery service only. Outside the statutory window, original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
Processing Time: We process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your return, or from the day you provide proof of postage if that's earlier. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account after that, depending on your payment provider.
đ EXCHANGES
Process: Return your item as outlined above. Once received and approved, your exchange will be dispatched promptly.
International Exchanges: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item.

Instant Use: Issued once your return is approved
No Expiry: Credit does not expire
Non-Cashable: Store credit cannot be converted into cash
â NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale or Discount Code Items: Within your statutory 14-day cancellation window, you're entitled to a full refund regardless of any discount code used (see Your Right to Cancel above). Outside that window, sale and discount-code items remain eligible for exchange or store credit as a courtesy, though cash refunds aren't available for these items at that point.
Hygiene Products: Socks and undergarments cannot be returned once the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, for health and hygiene reasons. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned as normal.
Bespoke or Custom Items: Final sale and non-returnable, as these are made specifically for you.
â ïž DAMAGED, WORN OR INVALID RETURNS
If an item comes back to us showing signs of wear beyond trying it on to check fit, such as washing, alteration, damage, missing tags, odour, staining, or outdoor use, we will either:
Deduct an amount from your refund reflecting the reduced value of the item, or
Reject the return entirely if the item is no longer fit for resale
If we reject a return:
No refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued
The item can be returned to you upon request
You'll be responsible for the cost of re-shipping it to you
We reserve the right to refuse future returns from customers who repeatedly return items in unacceptable condition.
đ IMPORTANT NOTES
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete details
Undelivered or Refused Packages: Re-shipment is available once additional shipping costs are paid. If cancelled, original shipping fees and any incurred return or handling costs will be deducted from the refund
International Duties: If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, original shipping costs and any return or clearance fees incurred will be deducted from the refund
