UK Shipping

Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under £100 incur a flat rate of £3.99.

Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2 working days.

Captain Protection: Add Captain Protection at checkout to safeguard your order against loss or damage in transit, and enjoy free returns for refunds (no return fee) within the UK.
International Shipping

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Insurance: All international shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.

Tracking: Tracking numbers and confirmation emails are provided on dispatch.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel fully confident with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return, we keep the process simple.
Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: 14 calendar days from delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Return Process

Returns Portal: Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email.

Choose Your Option: Select refund (if eligible), exchange, or store credit.

Return Label: A prepaid Royal Mail return label will be emailed to you within 5 working days.

Packaging: Attach the label securely to your parcel and cover any old labels.

Drop Off: Leave the parcel at your local post office (nearest location can be found [here]).
Refunds

Method: Issued back to your original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

Return Fee: Refunds are subject to a £5.39 return fee, deducted from your refund amount.

Captain Protection: If selected at checkout, Captain Protection removes the £5.39 return fee for UK customers. Refunds will then be processed at no cost.

Original Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed in line with UK consumer law (Regulation 34, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 working days from when the return is delivered to us. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges

Process: Return your item as above, and once received, we’ll ship your requested exchange.

International Customers: While return postage is your responsibility, we’ll cover the cost of sending your exchanged item.
Store Credit

Instant Use: Issued as soon as your return is inspected.

No Expiry: Your credit will never expire.

Non-Cashable: Store credit cannot be converted into cash.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, even within the 14-day window:

Sale/Discounted Items: Eligible for exchange or store credit only, not refunds (clearly stated at checkout).

Hygiene Products: Socks and undergarments cannot be returned for health reasons, even if unworn.

Bespoke/Custom Items: Final sale and non-returnable.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect details.

Undelivered or Refused Packages: If returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery, or incorrect address, you will be offered:

Re-shipment: Once the additional shipping fee is paid.

Cancellation: Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and a processing fee may apply.

International Duties: Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes or clearance fees. If a package is returned to us for unpaid duties, shipping is non-refundable and a processing fee may apply.
