UK Shipping

International Shipping

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If not, we offer a straightforward return process.
Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from delivery to initiate a return.

Item Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Return Process

Returns Portal: Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email.

Choose Your Option: Select refund (if eligible), exchange, or store credit.

Return Label: A prepaid return label will be emailed to you within 5 working days.

Packaging: Attach the label securely to your parcel and cover any old labels.

Drop Off: Post your parcel at your local post office (find your nearest here).
Refunds

Method: Refunded to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Original Shipping Costs: Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed in line with UK consumer law (Regulation 34, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 working days from return delivery for processing. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges

Process: Simply return your item as above. Once received and approved, we’ll process your requested exchange.

International Customers: While the return postage is your responsibility, we’ll cover the cost of sending out the exchanged item.
Store Credit

Immediate Use: Store credit is issued upon inspection and can be used instantly online.

No Expiry: It never expires and can be used toward any future collection.

Non-Cashable: Store credit cannot be converted into a cash refund.
❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, even within the 14-day window:

Discounted or Sale Items: Items purchased during sales or using discount codes are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not refunds. This is clearly stated prior to purchase and complies with UK consumer law.

Hygiene Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on socks or undergarments (e.g., Jehucal briefs), even if unworn.

Made-to-Order or Bespoke Items: These are final sale and cannot be returned.
📌 IMPORTANT NOTES
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We cannot be held liable for lost items due to incomplete or incorrect information.
Undelivered/Refused Packages: If an order is returned to us due to refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts, customers will be contacted and offered two options:

Re-shipment: We can re-send the order once the customer pays the additional shipping fee.

Cancellation: The order can be cancelled, but original shipping fees will not be refunded, and a processing fee may be deducted from the refund.
Customs Duties (International): International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that apply in their country.
If a package is returned to us because import duties were not paid, we will offer the same two options above. Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases, and a processing fee may apply.
